Lăcrămioara Diaconu-Pințea

Lăcrămioara Diaconu-Pințea was appointed Country Manager for OX2 Romania in January 2023, being responsible for continuing to scale up the company’s portfolio across technologies – wind, solar, energy storage and hydrogen. OX2 develops, constructs, and sells onshore and offshore windfarms and solar PV farms, also offering management of wind- and solar farms after completion. Lăcrămioara Diaconu-Pințea has an extensive experience in the energy sector in Romania, from large capital projects to business transformation and growth and has held several executive positions within the industry (OMV Group, Complexul Energetic Oltenia). She graduated Finance at ASE Bucharest and the Executive MBA program of WU Wien and the University of Minneapolis.
