As the Head of Talent Advisory with Korn Ferry, Anda Marian is accountable for the design and facilitates complex Leadership Development programmes within EMEA territories. She has significant experience harmonizing transformative cultures and managing multiple stakeholders at international level within organizations from a wide range of industries such as Financial Services, Real Estate, Retail, Life Science and Technology.
Her main expertise lies in Organizational Strategic Development, Assessment & Talent Appraisal, Change Management and Top Team Performance. She successfully implemented turnaround projects, executive alignment, contributed in M&A projects that involved complex programs focusing on Culture Change, Employer Branding, EVP design and employee Wellbeing.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Anda has had a +15 years career path in Advisory. Most recently a Partner role in an Austrian company, overseeing the Leadership Development Practice, before she was Principal in a global Executive Search firm and started with the Executive Director position in the Korn Ferry Executive Search office, back in 2009. Her early career years were spent in Head of Sales & Acquisitions roles in rapidly growing industries like Real Estate & Media.
Anda is Romanian-Spanish native, has Swedish nationality and can facilitate in English, Italian, French.
Her main educational background is in International Business Administration. She holds an MSc in Business Administration from ESADE University, Spain and a BA in Psychology & Coaching from The University of East London. She is a Certified Executive Coach.
